| Laputa: Castle in the Sky
Sheeta, a young girl, one of the remaining few of her kind. Through a pirate attack on an airship, she is knocked overboard, thousands of feet above the ground. But a mysterious levistone saves her, and she floats into the hands of Pazu.
But there are people who want Sheeta, who want her connection to her people. The people who built Laputa, the mysterious kingdom that controlled the lands in the days of Christ. But it is only a matter of time before the pirates or the military get their hands on her, and its up to Pazu and Sheeta to find Laputa before they do!
With the aid of the same pirates who tried to kidnap Sheeta from the airship, Pazu and Sheeta make a frantic attempt to reach Laputa before Muska, the shady military leader. But Muska has his own connections to Laputa, and his own ideas of what to do with its godly power.
Ghibli Studios, need I say more? I didn't think so. This is truly another masterpiece, you'll be captured entirely by this story, it's like if you're participating the adventure from the start till the very end of the movie. Highly enjoyable, so check out this anime! |
