Five regular folks wake up one day to find themselves tossed together in a cube-shaped kind of prison cell, with one small door on each wall, the ceiling and floor. They soon learn that there are adjoining cells, many booby-trapped in the most creatively horrific ways. Some spew poisonous gas, others shoot flames, spray toxic chemicals or do an instant dicing of anyone in the room. The self-appointed task of this group, including a cop, a doctor, a math student, a criminal and a sullen and apathetic man, is to make their way out of here, using the particular skills each possesses. As the group works its way from compartment to compartment, it soon becomes clear that it's a virtually and almost pointless exercise.
